Updating a Plant Item

You can update the details of a plant item in the Plant master file, and you can delete plant items you no longer require. Note that you cannot delete plant items that are on active jobs, on jobs that haven't been invoiced, or on scheduled tasks that have not yet occurred.

  1. Open the Plant Update screen.

Refer to "Accessing the Plant Master File".

  1. Optionally, recall an existing plant item by selecting FILE | FIND.
  1. Update the plant details on the following tabs as required:
  1. Select FILE | SAVE.
  1. To delete the plant item displayed, select FILE | DELETE.
